Hi, I’m Anna Martinez. I’m a trained Myofascial Release (MFR) therapist who is here to help you regain your life by helping you to heal the chronic pain, stress and mobility issues that you have been dealing with.
I know what it’s like to be a mother in charge of a household, career and the day to day while living in chronic pain.
I had a back injury that almost left me paralysed when I was a teenager. Although this injury is decades old, it tended to bring recurring pain when I was overworked or over stressed. And as a single mother raising three kids, that was more days than it wasn't. After years of trying everything I could think of to relieve myself of the stressors that I knew to trigger this pain, I found MFR Therapy.
When I first learned this form of healing, I thought it would be another tool I could use to treat my clients. What I found out was, the body really does keep the score. I have found that MFR Therapy is not only useful for physical pain, it also allows healing on a much deeper level that is often linked to emotions. .
Because of my profound experience with MFR Therapy, I am passionate about helping you find a way to heal.
I am dedicated to continuing my learning so that I can bring you the newest information and techniques to help you move through life with more ease.

OFFERINGS
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
An extremely gentle form of sustained pressure, stretching and balancing multiple levels of fascial tissue to relieve chronic pain, tight muscles, adhesions and restore limited range of motion. No lotion is used during this process.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Enjoy the soothing touch of expert therapeutic massage to alleviate tension and promote relaxation. Various massage techniques are used to reduce and eliminate common everyday aches and pains associated with daily repetitive patterns causing tight muscles and limited range of motion.
CUPPING
Cupping is a technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine, where a partial vacuum is created inside a warm cup, placed on the skin. The negative pressure draws up the skin and underlying tissue. Thus, stimulating blood flow in the area to disperse congestion and inflammation.
REIKI
Receive reiki through hands-on and hands-off sessions. Recenter, renew and relax with energy healing.
