Learning ways to breath intentionally either alone or in community is vital to regulating a busy life. Giving people the tools of intentional breath can help in a board room, classroom or even a daily commute.

The world can be a busy place. Taking time to ground down into movement not only helps keep the body fluid, it also helps keep energy up! Learning techniques to loosen “tech neck” or other common ailments help us all continue our day more pleasantly.

We become so busy with the hustle and bustle of work and family that we often forget to take care of ourselves. The best thing you can do for yourself and those around you is to invest in your own wellbeing. I can teach hands on skills to bring relief and revitalization from common body aches.
